# Sub-processor List

This list names every third party that processes Customer Personal Data on behalf of **ACCER INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED**, trading as
**Tender Preflight**, when it provides the Tender Preflight service. It forms part of the [Data Processing Agreement](/dpa), section 8. Customers acting for a
client may share it with that client.

**There are currently no sub-processors.** All processing, including storage, document conversion, OCR and
AI analysis, takes place on servers operated by ACCER INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED in
**Ireland (European Union)**.

## Components that do not receive data

The Service uses the following software, which runs inside our own infrastructure and does not send data to its
developers:

- open-source document converters (Docling);
- OCR engines (RapidOCR);
- the PDF renderer used for reports (WeasyPrint); and
- the language model, whose published weights are run on our own infrastructure.

Using software or model weights published by a third party does not involve disclosing any data to that third party.

## Changes

We announce new or replaced sub-processors at least **30 days** in advance, by
updating this page, by a notice in the Service and by e-mail to account holders. Customers may object within
**15 days** by writing to support@accerit.ie (DPA section 8.3). Previous versions
of this list are archived at [Legal](/legal).
