Find the mistakes that get bids excluded — before you submit.
Tender Preflight reads the buyer's tender documents and your submission, checks one against the other, and shows you what is missing, below the minimum or inconsistent. Each finding quotes the exact passage from both sides.

Strong bids are lost to small, avoidable errors
Public buyers must apply their rules strictly. Any of these can get an otherwise strong bid marked incomplete or excluded:
- a form left unsigned;
- an insurance certificate below the required cover;
- a blank line in the pricing schedule;
- an answer over the word limit.
These are exactly the details that slip through in the last hours before a deadline, when the documents run to hundreds of pages and the requirements are spread across the RFT, its appendices and every clarification.
Tender Preflight gives your bid a second, systematic pair of eyes: every requirement, every time.
The checks bid managers wish they had time for
41 automated checks, each with a clear severity: Critical, Warning or Review.
Required documents
Every form, declaration, certificate, CV and reference the tender asks for, matched against what you uploaded.
Minimums and thresholds
Insurance cover, turnover, years of experience and the number of references, compared with the buyer's figures.
Pricing
Blank or zero prices, changed units, the wrong currency or VAT basis, and totals that differ between the form and the schedule.
Limits and formats
Word and page limits per question, file naming conventions and required file formats.
Consistency
The same person, date, amount or company detail stated differently across your documents.
Clarifications
Requirements changed by clarifications and addenda, so you check against the latest version, not the original.
From tender pack to final report in four steps
No set-up and no training. A guided step bar always shows you what to do next.
- 1
Upload the tender pack
RFT, specification, clarifications and templates, as PDF, Word, Excel, scans or ZIP. You get a one-paragraph summary of what the tender is about.
- 2
Upload your submission
The files exactly as you intend to submit them, including CVs, certificates and pricing.
- 3
Run the preflight
Usually a few minutes. Every requirement is extracted from the tender and checked against your files.
- 4
Fix, re-check, export
Fix what's flagged, re-upload and re-check. The report shows what was resolved. Export it as PDF, Excel or CSV.
Findings you can verify in seconds
Evidence, not guesses
Every finding cites the passage in the tender and in your documents, with page numbers, and opens the document at the highlighted text.
Reads real-world documents
Scanned PDFs, Word, Excel with formulas, nested ZIPs. Scanned pages are read by OCR and flagged so you can double-check the figures.
You stay in control
Mark an issue resolved, accept a risk or set it as not applicable. Every decision and reason is recorded in the final report.
Private by design
Stored on our own servers in Ireland (European Union), and analysed by an AI model we host ourselves — no files go to external AI services. Reached through Cloudflare's network in front of our server (see Sub-processors). Nothing is used for training, and inactive tenders are deleted after 90 days.
Public Liability cover appears below the tender requirement
Tenderers must hold Public Liability insurance of not less than €6,500,000 any one occurrence.
Public Liability: €2,000,000 any one occurrence. Period 01/01/2026 – 31/12/2026.

Is this legal or procurement advice?
No. Tender Preflight is a decision-support tool. It highlights potential issues and the evidence behind them. You decide what to do, and you remain responsible for your submission.
Where are my documents processed, and are they used to train AI?
Your files are stored on our own servers in Ireland (European Union). Text is analysed by an AI model we host ourselves; files are never sent to external AI services. The Service is reached through Cloudflare, which sits in front of our server and sees traffic in transit — see our Sub-processor List for what that means. Your documents are never used to train AI models. Details are in our Security Measures and Data Processing Agreement.
Which files can I upload?
PDF (including scanned documents), Word, Excel (with formulas), PowerPoint, CSV, images and ZIP archives, including ZIPs inside ZIPs. Each file can be up to 100 MB.
How long does a check take?
Usually a few minutes. Large or scanned packs take longer. You can leave the page while it runs, and re-checks after a fix are faster.
We are an agency working for clients. Can we use it?
Yes. Our Data Processing Agreement is written for this case: you act for your client, and we act as your sub-processor.
What happens to my data, and when the pilot ends?
You can delete documents, tenders or your account at any time. Tenders are deleted automatically after 90 days without a check. Before the pilot ends, we will tell you in advance. Paid plans only apply if you choose one.
